Day 24
I'm sad. I hurt. I have a cyst on my ovary that feels like it's twisting my insides in ways they aren't meant to go. Been getting little sleep due to working on crap for the foster parent association. Spent the day doing a dog and pony show for United Way and the foster parent association. Took the kids to library story time where BabyBoy behaved badly and I got suckered into committing to ride in the freezing ass cold upcoming Christmas parade. Yesterday was spent at the kid's museum where BabyBoy behaved badly while I called 93 foster parents. Anyone seeing a pattern? I'm going to bed. Tomorrow I'll write about one of the books I've been reading. Ohhh, stay tuned for that.

Oooohh! I feel your pain! Been there, done that with two ovarian cysts at the same time. Lucky to still have my ovaries (if you can call that luck). Hope you feel better tomorrow, and hope BabyBoy behaves better, too.

I'm so sorry your hurting. Why do things like this always happen during the holidays? My 22 yr old daughter has those cyst. She said they are the most painful things EVER. Hope you feel up to celebrating with your kids.

oh noes!! As if you needed something else on your Christmas list of suckage. So sorry it doesn't seem to be getting better. Are you getting it removed? (apparently I'm the only one who isn't up to date on these cyst things - in my family, you get a hysterectomy when you have a cyst. I'm hoping you're not getting one of those :)

I have PCOS so I get the cysts all the time. This one has already remedied itself. Thanks for the well wishes.
Yes, BabyBoy is nearing 2 ... hadn't thought of that actually. The Daughter went through the Terrific Twos - it's was my favorite age with her, but then she had the Terrible Threes. BabyBoy seems to be starting the Terrible Twos a tad early.
Roz, one good thing is the adoption of BabyBoy will be finalized by Christmas!
